The PCC panel is the main incoming LT panel in an industrial plant. It receives power directly from the transformer and distributes it to MCC panels, sub-distribution boards, and utility feeders. We build PCC panels from 800A to 6300A with ACB incomers from Schneider, Siemens, or L&T. For Bangalore plants running DG sets alongside BESCOM supply, we include manual or automatic bus coupler arrangements. MCC panels protect and control individual motors from a single enclosure. Each motor feeder gets its own MPCB or MCCB, contactor, and overload relay — wired, labelled, and tested. We build MCC panels from 32A to 2000A with 4 to 32 motor feeders in floor-standing or wall-mounting enclosures as required.

LT (Low Tension) panels operate at voltages below 1000V AC — typically 415V 3-phase from BESCOM in Karnataka. HT (High Tension) panels operate above 1000V — at 11kV or 33kV at the transformer incoming. The LT control panel sits on the secondary side of the transformer and distributes power to all plant equipment. Enerprone manufactures LT panels only.
